The setup form requests for audio/visual support for the Sanctuary, Stewart Hall, and the Ministry Center are online as .pdf files (using Adobe Acrobat). They can be printed from the website or downloaded and saved on any computer.

An audio/visual request form must be provided to the church office at least four weeks in advance of the date of any event or activity in which any sound support (even one microphone) or video support is being requested. In addition a space request form is required for each activity at least four weeks in advance.

The audio/visual request goes to the sound box in the church office, and the space request goes to Janet Rynne's box.
