Construction Update - October 26, 1999
A great deal has happened on the construction
site since groundbreaking on September 12, 1999. The
demolition of the east end of Stewart Hall has been
completed, and construction of the new facility has
begun. Just over one half of the new foundations have
been poured, and the wall on the west side of the
new parking lot is complete. The footings for the
classroom walls for the new addition to Stewart Hall
have been placed, and they have begun the brickwork
on the north wall.
Work also has begun on creating a new
memorial garden on the east one half of our present
courtyard.
The periodic updates done during the church's construction
project as well as the graphic of the Celebration Garden
and additional information about it are online, no longer
as church goals, but now part of our church history.
