A space
request form should be provided to the church office at least
two weeks before any event or activity. These should be placed
in Janet Rynne's box in the church office or can be faxed to her
attention (630-668-5187). This form is is online as a .pdf file
(using Adobe Acrobat). It can be printed from the website or downloaded
and saved on any computer.
An audio/visual
setup request form is also required
if any sound support (even one microphone)
or video support is being requested. These
should be placed in the sound box in the
church office at least four weeks before
any event or activity. Reservations that
require video equipment also require handling
by those trained in video equipment care.
A list showing those who have completed
care training and a list of the portable
video equipment that can be reserved are
provided by the A/V
