Committee Meetings -
Meetings of the Audio Visual Ministry Committee are usually held on the second and fourth Saturdays of the month at 8:30 a.m. in Room LL107. See our online calendar to check meeting dates and times.

Events Support -
We are now using Google Calendar to maintain the AV Calendar. The following link should allow you to see the current AV Calendar on screen in your web browser whenever you like, and it can also be printed from there - https://www.google.com/calendar/embed?src=firstpreswheaton%40gmail.com&ctz=America/Chicago.

The "agenda" view seems to print the best in terms of including detail about each event.

If you are using Google Calendar to maintain your own personal calendar information, you can add the AV calendar as an additional calendar source for your calendar by using the following URL: https://www.google.com/calendar/ical/firstpreswheaton%40gmail.com/public/basic.ics. To use this URL, go to your Google Calendar display, and click on the downward-pointing triangle next to the "Other Calendars" label in the left-hand column. Choose the "Add by URL" option, and paste in this URL to add the AV team calendar as part of your calendar display.

Audio/Visual Assignment forms - The assignment forms provide for recording the assignments of equipment, e.g., channels and cables to individuals and instruments and are accessable below as Adobe Acrobat* (.pdf) files. They can be printed or downloaded and saved on any computer:

Video Recording Setup/Operation Instructions may be accessed atr DVD recording.

Ministry Center Audio Recording Setup forms may be accessed in MS Word format at MC-Recording-Steps.doc.

Transceiver Charging Log Sheet forms may be accessed in Excel format at xcvrchglog.xls.

Video Projector Overview and Setup in Powerpoint slides may be accessed for training or self instruction (94 slides in 7.5 megabytes); Powerpoint show for those without MS Office.

Portable Video Equipment Care -

Training - Slides may be accessed for training or self instruction (11 slides in 90 kilobytes; PowerPoint need not be installed).

The List of Those Trained for Care of the Portable Video Equipment is in an Excel spreadsheet and is to be used to determine who has been qualified for handling this video equipment. Note that some of the trainees have operational knowledge as well as indicated on the list.
