the
official website of the Presbyterian Lay Committee, a group commited
to raising the biblical and
theological standard in the Presbyterian
Church (USA). The site has news and information from their journal,

Presbyterian Outlook
is an independent publication
which addresses the major issues before
the church. The web site includes news, commentary, and
book reviews
from the print edition.
Voice of Orthodox Women is
a network of women and men
who promote the doctrines and practices of
the historic Christian faith as expressed in the Ecumenical Creeds
of
the Church.
Voices of Sophia is a community of
women and
men in the larger community of the Presbyterian Church (USA) being reformed by God through the Spirit of
the living
Christ, and working toward the transformation of the church into a discipleship of equals. They work jointly with the
Witherspoon Society.

Global Ethics and Religion Forum
promotes global ethical
responsibility by addressing specific issues through an intercultural and interreligious approach.
Ontario Consultants
on Religious Tolerance are
dedicated to helping the
development of a religiously tolerant culture. Their site describes
many faith
groups and belief sytems. They also have essays discussing
various religious topics and beliefs.
The
Religious Movements Homepage was created in the context of the
study of the
Sociology of Religion, and contains a wealth of
information about various religious groups, especially new religious
movements. A new editor-in-chief will be
working on the site, but the archives are still at the University of Virginia.
ReligiousResources.org contains a comprehensive,
searchable
directory of over 4000 religious-related Internet resources, organized
into over 300

Bibles and Bible Study
The Bible Gateway
has numerous bible
translations available for reading and searching,
including foreign language editions.
The
Revised Common
Lectionary is prepared by the
Consultation on Common Texts, and provided by the
Vanderbilt Divinity Library. Suggested
readings from the Hebrew Bible, Psalms, Epistles, and Gospels are given for
each week of the year, based on
a three-year cycle.
The Unbound Bible
is a collection of searchable
bibles, including Greek and Hebrew,
along with several reference texts.
Magazines and Weblogs
Credenda Agenda is a
bimonthly periodical exploring
all areas of life from a biblical,
classical Protestant perspective. The web site contains the full text
of the
journal.
First Things is
published by The Institute on Religion
and Public Life, an
interreligious, nonpartisan research and education institute whose
purpose is to
advance a religiously informed public philosophy. The
web site has one or two articles from the current issue
online, as
well as the most of the articles from older issues.
Touchstone: A Journal of
Mere Christianity is
conservative in doctrine and eclectic in
content, with editors and readers from each of the three great
divisions of Christendom — Protestant, Catholic, and Orthodox. The web
site has full-text of selected articles.
Specialty Topics
Christian Classics Ethereal
Library Classic Christian books
in electronic formats,
currently located at Calvin College. Some are in specialty editions,
such as MP3,
Palm docbook, and Microsoft Reader, in addition to text.
Works include both early church writers and later
authors. For those

is an

The Labyrinths The

committed to reintroducing the labyrinth in its many
