The Pilgrims of Ibillin is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting Christian communities in the Holy Land in their efforts to promote peaceful coexistence with Jews, Muslims, Christians, and Druze. It was founded in 1995 in Grosse Pointe, Michigan. There are ten chapters nationally, with one based in the Chicago area as of September 2002. It is in concert with Mar Elias Educational Institutions in the village of Ibillin. Ibiliin is a small Arab village in the Galilee region of Israel where Christians and Muslims have lived for centuries.

Mar Elias was founded by Father Elias Chacour and is supported primarily through financial contributions, sponsorship of pilgrimages, and interpretation of the vision of Mar Elias to foster greater understanding of issues related to living together in peace in the Holy Land.

First Presbyterian of Wheaton has sponsored two trips to Mar Elias, including a work session at the school, painting, finishing walls, and planting olive trees.
