On the first Thursday evening of summer vacation 25 First Presbyterian Church Genesis middle schoolers, friends, and leaders went to see the Kane County Cougars beat the Fort Wayne TinCaps. It was an exciting game with Jake the Diamond dog helping in the dugout. We had several brand new Genesis youth attend with their friends. After the game there was a spectacular fireworks show set to 70s music. One of the best parts was having Mr. Lincoln drive the bus for us. THANK YOU, Mr. Lincoln! This was one of our Genesis BLAST activities (Build Lasting and Strong Ties).
