Blessing of the Animals - October 13, 2007

Our Blessing of the
Animals service on October
13, 2007, was well attended. The first hymn sung, "All
Things Bright and Beautiful," which continues, "All creatures
great and small, All things wise and wonderful, The Lord God
made them all," was very appropriate. |

Following the worship service each of the animals came forward
with their humans to be individually blessed by one of the ministers.
All three ministers participated
in the service. Pictured
on the right (from right to left) are Rev. Paul Kirbas, his wife,
Jennifer, and their dog, Ginger, along with Rev. Caryle Wilkie,
her husband, Peter, and their dog, Hamish. Not shown in
this photo are Rev. Jay Moses, his wife, Sharri, and their dog,
Winnie.
