| Farewell
Reception for Caryle Aitken Wilkie
January 6, 2008
A very large crowd gathered at Stewart Hall following
the 11:00 a.m. worship service for a celebration of thanks to
honor the ministry and contributions of Pastor Caryle Aitken
Wilkie. Although Caryle was with First Presbyterian only
22 months as our Interim Associate Pastor for Pastoral Care,
she and her husband, Peter, had rapidly become part of our church
family.

| Rev. Paul Kirbas spoke to the group and presented Caryle
with the gift of a Bible and a gift card. Caryle then addressed
the crowd, thanking the staff, the deacons, and the entire congregation. |
|
Meghan Wilkie, Caryle Aitken Wilkie, and
Peter Wilkie finally had the opportunity to sit down and enjoy
some punch and food.
