Catch the Spirit Sunday - September 7, 2008
|
A Connections Expo organized by our our Connections Ministry Coordinator,
Paul Burgess, was
held in the Ministry Center during the Education Hour on Catch
the Spirit Sunday, our fall homecoming Sunday on September 7, 2008.
The Expo provided members of the committees and groups in
our church an opportunity to display some of their activities and to invite other
members of the congregation to join them.
Paul Burgess is available year round by
phone at 630-668-5147 x 33, or by email at either pnburgess@mindspring.com or pburgess@firstpreswheaton.org to
provide information on the many ways that you can use your gifts and talents in
the First Pres. ministry and the opportunities to connect with other people
and projects. Some of these are highlighted on our Volunteer
Opportunities page.
