of Ericka Lyn Parkinson

| A service of worship to ordain Ericka Lyn Parkinson
to the Ministry of Word and Sacrament was held at
First Presbyterian Church of Wheaton on Sunday afternoon,
December 21, 2003. Ericka grew up here at First
Presbyterian, graduated in the spring of 2003 from
Princeton Theological Seminary, and has been called
to serve as Associate Pastor for First Presbyterian
Church, Richland, Michigan. Members of both churches
joined in choirs for this celebration. Messages from this service are online in mp3 format

"Down to the River to Pray" was sung by the Combined Youth Choirs
of First Presbyterian Church of Richland and First
Presbyterian Church of Wheaton. "For
the Beauty of the Earth" was sung by the Congregation, and
"Draw Us in The Spirit's Tether" was sung by the combined Adult
Choirs of First Presbyterian Church of Richland and
First Presbyterian Church of Wheaton. |
