Fest - October 18, 2003
| A highlight of our Scandinavian Fest on October
18, 2003, was the performance of the Fox Valley
Swedish Children's chorus. This chorus, with their
colorful costumes and lovely voices, is the largest
Swedish children’s chorus in Illinois. They have
appeared all over the Midwest under the direction
of Marguerite Karl of St Charles, Illinois. Scandinavian
food, fellowship, music, and ethnic displays of
arts and crafts were enjoyed by all in attendance.
